A: Apple CarPlay works best when using a high-quality data cable. We recommend using an Apple-certified cable (like the one that comes with your iPhone) because it supports both charging and data transfer.
Some aftermarket cables are “charge-only” or lower quality, which can cause connection issues, lag, or random disconnects. If you’re experiencing problems, switching to a certified, high-quality cable is often the quickest fix.

A. The most common cause is a low-quality or worn-out cable. Damaged or non-certified cables may not maintain a stable data connection. We recommend trying a different high-quality cable before scheduling a service visit.
A. Your tire pressure light (TPMS) means one or more of your tires may be low on air. It can also come on due to temperature changes, especially in colder weather. Most systems will turn on when one or more tires are off by 10% of the suggest air pressure.
On many newer vehicles, the system needs to be recalibrated after adjusting the tire pressure.
To reset it:
Go to Settings on your display screen
Select Vehicle Settings
Choose TPMS Calibration
Press Calibrate
Once completed, drive the vehicle normally and the system will relearn the correct tire pressures.
If the light stays on after calibration, there may be:
A tire still low on air, A slow leak or puncture, A sensor or system issue, we recommend stopping in so we can take a quick look. Additionally, the tire pressure system uses battery powered sensors that are located inside the inner portion of the wheel. Battery life in these sensors can be anywhere from 4-6 years. If the battery fails, the sensor will need to be replaced. This will require the tire to be mounted and balanced after the sensor replacement.
