You will provide your location and preferred pickup time, and we will arrange for a member of our client experience team to pick up your vehicle at the designated time and location and then we will leave you with a rental vehicle during your service.

Step 2:

Once the vehicle is picked up, our team of experienced technicians will perform the necessary maintenance or repairs. Our service team will keep you updated throughout the service process and notify you once the work is completed. If your vehicle requires additional repairs or services, we will send you a text or call for authorization.

Step 3:

After the work is completed, the dealership will return your vehicle to your preferred location, whether it's at home or at work and pick up the rental car that we left with you when we picked your vehicle up. You can then enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your vehicle has been serviced by experts, without having to disrupt their daily routine to drop off or pick up their vehicle and waiting in the dealership.
